Documents needed for loan application
Basic documents you need
- Copy of drivers license
- Copy of Social Security cards
- Copy of W-2 statements for the last 2 years
- Copy of current one month pay stub (a stub for every pay period)
- Copy of most recent bank statement (all pages)
- List of all liabilities and payments
Additional documents may be required if you
- Receive child support
- Have filed bankruptcy in the past 7 years
- Are divorced
- Receive any other income that will be used to help you qualify for a loan
- Are not a U.S. Citizen
- Own other property
- Are a veteran applying for a VA loan
- Are self-employed or have commission income
